Everyone	Not a terrible performance, but not good either.  It is probably my fault for not rehearsing after the changes.  Tomorrow – we will watch the show in my room.  Monday night rehearsal is important because some will be gone Thursday.  We have to have two rehearsals this week with full cast so you guys figure it out. J Rehearsal Thursday, March 20, at 7PM. I will check with Biera for their schedule on Friday.  We need eight hours.  We can have a lock-in Thursday night & baseball players can leave early.  Lower the bench to play cards Sitting was too staged at the beginning More yelling prior to Silence!  It dies down because of the door.  REACT to the door. We were over one minute.  That can be fixed by not wasting time prior to group meetings. No one was really smoking.  This was a big part of hospitals during that time – mental and regular.  Doctors even endorsed products like Camel cigarettes. If you have read this, pick up your token in the office. Mardi Gras is a huge party and our party scene should be just as big. I didn’t believe anyone was scared of Ratched or the guards. No one is different enough in group meetings or entering or exiting.  Seating seems contrived. Step on lines from the beginning through the end. Not enough people noises Not enough disappointment when the tv and cards are taken away. Listen to the wire briar, shock music and last music…. I either need to change it, shorten it or something. Blocking in the party scene was not good. People noises in the party scene. Be more upset – they done it to ‘em? STEP ON LINES All hospital personnel except Ratched – get beer bottles out, sack out, bars back on window. The last of the play, remember the gurney needs to be more left stage.   We need for 3 patients to have levels. The end of the play is anticlimactic.
Bromden	Line about raving must be said because your are raving prior to that. Instead of ..the machine…. Say the combine.  This is the real wording.  I thought it sounded weird and changed it to the machine- which is in the book and movie, but a judge might catch it. The combine whipped him. It whips …. We need to see the decision to say wire briar.
Lights	We have to figure out what went wrong. Before the public performance – go through each cue to make sure they work.  Before contest, we will have the lights in the room and go through cues.  Remember,this is your first year to do it. Don’t beat yourself up.
Candy	People noises when the nurse is demeaning you. Cut what a gas – from book and movie – not from play.
Music	Fade for new admission
Billy	Put the deaf line back in when Mac first comes in and delete the last one. Step on your own lines… it drug a little
Ratched	Faster getting to the place for first group therapy
Scanlon and Martini	We need to get to the card game faster.  Knock against Scanlon when coming in so he can say his line.  Martini, be first in line so that you can come to your seat sooner and start the game.
Scanlon	Put cig ashes in your box. Don’t move before the second dance. Face the audience during the blow this…orbit scene. You are blocked by the television in the tv scene when you sit.
Harding	We need a pic of a good mustache for you. Go back to the original lines with rumors of Mac.
Mac	When Ratched says, “gambling?” say “Good heavens, no, ma’am.  …it’s a sure thing I loved the way you used to talk to Billy before the muh…mama scene. We need to see the decision to clean urinals and look for the cleaning supplies.
Flinn	Take the flowers out, don’t hide them. Lower voice – patients council meeting.
Flinn and Ruckly	Take Ruckly out when the patients are talking about the lobotomy.
Warren and Mac	We need to see money exchange hands.
Warren and Williams	Go with Ratched into the room where Billy died.
